Security and Data Protection
Falkor is committed to ensuring that its customers’ data remain secure and confidential while recovering service availability. We utilize Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) disaster recovery capabilities and operate across multiple data centers located in several AWS Availability Zones, with low-latency network connectivity between the zones.
All communications carried between the clients and the Falkor services are encrypted and use a secure protocol (HTTPS).
Falkor conducts penetration tests on an annual basis both in the application and in the infrastructure level using well-known, independent auditors.
Falkor implements a protocol for handling security events which includes escalation procedures, rapid mitigation and post mortem. All employees are informed of our policies.

Falkor follows strict international standards and regulations in order to keep your data safe.
Falkor complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection law that regulates the use of personal data of EU residents and provides individuals rights to exercise control over their data.
Falkor operates an information security management system (ISMS) that conforms to the requirements stated in the standard: ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
