Falkor enables access to third-party services, including third-party plug-ins, websites, applications, or APIs (the “Third-Party Services”). The availability of these Third-Party Services is subject to the Customer’s agreement with Falkor and is contingent upon the Customer’s (and all of its end users’) compliance with the terms of use and any other applicable policy of the respective Third-Party Services.
