Customer and its End-Users may use the GDB Dataset solely as part of the Falkor Solution and solely for internal use, including quality assurance of Customer's own data and due diligence purposes. Customer and its End-Users may not resell, distribute, or otherwise make available the GDB Dataset, or any portion thereof, in any form. GDB and its third-party suppliers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from or relating to the use of the GDB Dataset. These Supplemental Terms are for the benefit of GDB and its third-party suppliers.
